I am finally caught up on sleep and it feels great. Nothing planned really this weekend, just hanging out at my apartment is the best! It should have been just another normal week, but monday afternoon I got a call asking if I would be willing to help out at a conference that my department was hosting. Since I needed the money and really didn't have anything else to do I agreed. The only problem was that I had to be at work at 7...and be dressed in a dress or a skirt. Its not that I can't wake up at 6, but honestly I hadn't done that in a really long time. I worked most days until at least 5, I am totally not used to that. I had gotten pretty use to staying up till 3 and waking up around 9. So instead I was going to sleep at 3 and waking up at 6...good thing it was only a few days or I wouldn't have been able to function. The conference was a lot of fun, a little stressful at times but it was a good experience. The conference was on how to improve communication between colleges and how to increase community awareness. I got to meet a lot of people from all over the country and it was good. Oh and the food was amazing...and free. It was sit down formal lunches everyday...I felt a little out of place. I had class everyday as well, so I just left the conference for an hour and went to archery. I actually shot pretty well this week considering the lack of sleep and that I was in a dress.

Now thats over so who knows what I will be doing next week, hopefully relaxing a little. I stayed home last night and that is the first friday in awhile that I have done that and it felt great. Tonight I am going to see Jerry Jeff in Bryan and Django is here as well...not sure if he is playing anywhere, but after his dad finishes we are probably gonna go out to northgate or something. Should be fun and I need to get out of the apartment for awhile.

My parents are in Colorado...they were actually suppose to come visit me today but decided to leave early instead. I don't really like going to Colorado with them because I get bored, but I need a vacation somewhere. Not a long vacation, just a little one. I don't even know where I want to go, but I am going to start looking into it soon.

Last weekend I went shopping with my stepmom and finally found a dress to wear to my sis's wedding and I love it. It is black and cream and is just above the knee! Oh and I got shoes and jewelry too! Shopping with daddy's credit card is really fun. haha. I couldn't find a pic of the dress online...but I here are the shoes! I love them.
