Not much really going on other than work. Last weekend I was in DFW for my cousin's wedding and well thankfully Friday night I got to go see RJ with Dawn, Deidre, and Cori because that was about the only fun thing of the weekend. The wedding wasn't horrible, I just didn't want to be there and then Sunday after lunch with my grandparents, my uncle decided to go crazy and the cops got involved and it was just not a good day.

This is my last week before school starts and I'm ready to be back on a schedule because this randomness is driving me crazy. I started teaching dance again and so far so good. I was a little nervous about teaching lyrical because I have really never taught lyrical and I haven't even taken a lyrical class since high school. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class, even my director who is taking the class, so I guess it is going to work out. When one of the assistants leaves to student teach in a few weeks I'm going to help out more and keep my directors kids so I'm excited about that as well.

I applied for graduation today, I'm not going to lie, it was a little scary. I am excited though. I've applied for a few jobs but nothing really wonderful. I think they start interviewing mid February. I figure it can't hurt to apply and practice interviewing and who knows, something might work out. The few jobs that I have applied for are in Houston or Austin. I don't really mind if I get a job in either of those places, but I would really prefer to be back in DFW...or stay in CS if something worked out with the University.

Other than work and school stuff I really haven't done much, and to be honest I kinda like it that way. With the helicopter crash on campus and someone getting hit by a bus, work has been busy and sad this week. I'm ready for the weekend even though I have absolutely nothing planned.
